Shipping policy

Delivery & charges:

Products are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. In most cases items will take 3-5 business days to arrive once posted. This is in addition to the lead time it takes to make the product. If you need your order to arrive quicker than this please email us at info@blackantlerdesigns.com and we will do our best to meet your requirements.

Post and packaging charges are as follows:

UK addresses £5.00

Europe addresses £15.00

If you are outside Europe we are happy to send products to you but please get in touch at info@blackantlerdesigns.com for postage costs.

Please be aware that larger bespoke items may incur a higher postage charge. We will discuss this with you when you place your order.
